How Shipping Works
Straight from the maker to you
When you order from Sanctuary Glow, your products ship directly from the brand that makes them. We don’t hold stock in between.
- You order from us. One checkout, one payment, on sanctuaryglow.com.
- The brand packs it. Each brand ships your order directly, usually within a few business days. Your tracking email shows the delivery estimate.
- You get tracking. We email you a tracking link for each package as soon as it ships. Orders ship via UPS or USPS.
One brand, one package
If your order includes products from more than one brand, each brand sends its own package with its own tracking email, and they may arrive on different days. That's why our routines always come from a single brand: the whole routine ships from one maker.
Cost and coverage
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship within the United States only.
