Every Sanctuary Glow order ships directly from the brand that makes it. That keeps products fresh and small-batch.

Processing: Every order ships directly from the brand that makes it. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves the brand.

Delivery: Orders ship via UPS or USPS. Your tracking email shows the delivery estimate.

Multiple brands, multiple packages: if your order includes products from more than one brand, they ship separately and may arrive on different days.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking email from us for each package.

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout.

Where we ship: United States only.

Lost or late package: email us at orders@sanctuaryglow.com with your order number. We'll work with the brand and the carrier to sort it out.
