Inventory & Fulfillment Disclosure

Sanctuary Glow does not stock, warehouse, or ship products directly.

All products sold on our website are fulfilled and shipped by independent partner businesses through Shopify Collective, a vetted network of verified Shopify merchants.

This allows us to:

  • Offer unique, high-quality products

  • Work directly with experienced manufacturers and brands

  • Deliver items straight from the source to your doorstep

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Because orders are shipped by our partner brands:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments

  • Processing and transit times are determined by the fulfillment partner

Estimated shipping timeframes (when provided) are displayed on individual product pages and/or during checkout.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guarantees, especially during holidays, high-volume sales periods, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Tracking details are provided directly by the fulfillment partner

  • Some tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

While Sanctuary Glow does not physically ship products, we fully support our customers.

If you experience:

  • Delayed shipments

  • Missing or damaged items

  • Incorrect orders

Shipping Issues & Carrier Delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. However, we will always assist in escalation where possible.
