At Sanctuary Glow, we work with trusted independent brands and suppliers through Shopify Collective to deliver curated home and outdoor products directly to our customers. Because of this, our return and refund process differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

Please review the policy below carefully.


⏳ Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 30-day return request window from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required

  • Items must meet the return criteria of the fulfillment partner

Return eligibility is subject to approval by the supplier that fulfilled your order.


📦 Inventory & Fulfillment Disclosure

Sanctuary Glow does not stock, warehouse, or ship products directly.

All products are fulfilled by independent partner businesses via Shopify Collective. As a result:

  • Returns are processed through the original supplier

  • Return addresses, labels, and instructions are issued by the fulfillment partner

  • Return approval is determined by the supplier’s policies

Sanctuary Glow acts as a customer liaison and will coordinate communication on your behalf.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide supplier-specific return instructions

  • A return shipping label may be issued if approved by the supplier

Items sent back without prior approval or without following return instructions will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us at orders@sanctuaryglow.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will work directly with the fulfillment partner to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit based on supplier policy.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Return eligibility may vary by product and supplier. Please review product descriptions carefully or contact us with questions before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, the fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Request and complete an approved return

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

Availability and pricing are not guaranteed.


🇪🇺 European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and proof of purchase

Return processing is subject to supplier approval and fulfillment partner procedures.


💳 Refund Processing

Once a return is:

  • Approved by the supplier

  • Received and inspected

We will notify you of the refund decision.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 7–10 business days

  • Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post funds

  • Sanctuary Glow does not control supplier inventory, shipping timelines, or warehouse operations

  • All returns and refunds are subject to supplier policies

  • Abuse of return policies may result in refusal of service
