Why might my order arrive in separate packages?

Every product on Sanctuary Glow ships directly from the brand that makes it, through Shopify Collective. If your order includes items from more than one brand, they ship separately and may arrive in separate packages, at different times.

How do I apply the Ageless neck products?

PRAI’s directions are the same for all three: apply in smooth upward strokes from cleavage to chin. Use the serum morning and night, the creme in the morning, and the night creme before bed.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use PRAI?

Some PRAI products contain fragrance or retinol. Check the full ingredient list on each product, patch-test a new product on a small area first, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
